All sales made from the website www.todoenpiscinas.com will be subject to the following general conditions of sale, unless express written agreements signed by Salcantay OÜ.

Prices

The prices published on our website INCLUDE 21% VAT corresponding to the Spanish territory, which will be applied for all sales made in the European Union.

For sales considered as export, this tax (VAT) will be deducted from the final price, the buyer being responsible for paying any fee, tax or increase in the price derived from the tax policy of the country of destination.

Freight

To all orders placed through our website, the costs of shipping and handling of merchandise will not be added if the shipment is to the peninsula.

Payment Methods

Store products can be paid through the following payment methods:

The order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed according to the selected modality, the confirmation of cash on delivery, Paypal and card being immediate. For payment by transfer / deposit account, the customer can provide a copy of the deposit by fax or email to expedite the delivery of the merchandise.

Merchandise delivery

Salcantay OÜ. It works with merchandise in warehouse or directly from the supplier, depending on this the shipment can be immediate once the payment of the order has been confirmed or delayed three days.

Orders received and confirmed will be delivered to the transport agency the next morning, being delivered the next day. 

When confirming the departure of the order, an email will be sent with the shipping reference, which will allow it to be tracked from the transport company website

Returns and right of Resolution

In accordance with current legislation, any Salcantay OÜ customer will have a period of 14 days to freely withdraw from the contract from the reception of the product in the case of distance selling or the buyer is within the scope of Article 1.2 of the law 26/1984.

In case of return, the customer will send the merchandise to our address (see contact) in perfect condition and with full packaging. You must pay for the expenses derived from such transportation, as well as any damage that the products may present.
