The Ubbink brand silica sand filter is specially designed to filter the water of all types of pools. This sand filtration system is designed to be low maintenance and keep the psyche flawless. The pool water is extracted by means of a pump and then it is sent, through a 6-way valve, to the tank where the filter medium is located (washed sand, in this case). Pressurized water flows through the silica sand. Thus, most of the impurities it contains are removed from the water before it is routed to the valve, to finally return the water to the pool. This pool filter has 6 settings: winter mode, filtering, washing, rinsing, circulation and off. The set allows a maximum flow of 4m3 / h.
