The Steam Sauna is easy to install quickly and efficiently with the help of a few people and in a short time, all detailed information is included in the manual along with the manual for this type of assembly. Start of the Gaïa Rossa sauna 
We recommend using an electric stove with a power between 6 to 8 kW, which is not incorporated in the sauna (it is advisable to use a stove according to the averages of the interior cabin). Depending on the characteristics of use, the performance of the stove will depend on it. The minimum value is among the months of most use between April to October. Not only is the stove necessary, but you will also need lava stone and water for its operation, you simply have to insert the volcanic rocks inside the stove, so that the bed is heated once the heater is connected. When the stones are hot enough, you should sprinkle water on top of them to produce steam, which increases heat and stimulates sweating. (As shown in the instruction manual below).
